Lets make it an official practice tomorrow night. Those that want to should bring bikes. Others can get in a run after we swim. We can base our practice on the needs of those that turn up.
Anyone been up there lately? How warm is the water? I am guessing we could be right at the wetsuit limit..........
6pm start at the park.
Maybe there will be a keen group to catch a bite and watch the first "mountain" stage of the TdF afterwards........

I went there about a week and a half ago. The water was pretty warm, definitely didn't need a wetsuit. It was actually perfect swimming temperature. Lots of seagrass though...probably be best to swim out near the buoys.
Agreed - the water has been pretty warm lately, I'd almost go so far to say wetsuits would be uncomfortable...
I think a ride would be a good idea. I mapped the loop we did last weekend here: http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/md/chase/708906972497
cool mate - it is a tri then.........
20min swim, 35 min ride, 30min run.......nice tune up for you Diamond in the Roughers....
30min run on a 35min ride? Yikes! Wish I could be there, more just to eat and watch a Tour stage. Maybe next week...
