Gunpowder workout with BATC

Not sure if anyone else is aware of this, but the Baltimore Area Triathlon Club (BATC) is hosting a Swim-Bike-Run workout at Gunpowder this Sunday (7/6) from (edit) 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM. I'll be attending, and anyone else is welcome to come as well(you don't need to be a member or anything).

I'm not sure the exact details of this workout, but it's apparently going to be geared towards the upcoming Diamond in the Rough race coming up soon.

If anyone happened to write down any of the last few workouts, would you mind posting one on the blog or emailing me? I've been working with some old workouts the last few weeks and could use a fresh one, if possible:)

If my memory serves me correctly, Monday morning's workout was this:

100 Swim
200 Kick
600 3-5-7

3x 100 3-stroke drill
200 Swim steady pace
100 Kick

4 x 75 - last 25 of each sight breathe

100 easy

Total: 2400M
